    Privacy Policy

    Effective Date: April 30, 2026

MobileVibe ("MobileVibe," "we," "us," or "our") is a product operated by Brainpowertools LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Company").

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use MobileVibe, including the MobileVibe website, web app, desktop software, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

MobileVibe is intended for adult professionals only.

    • The Services are not directed to children under 13
    • We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13
    • If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it

    2. Information We Collect

    2.1 Information You Provide

    • Email address
    • Authentication information from supported OAuth providers (currently Google; others such as GitHub or Microsoft may be added in the future)
    • Workspace information, such as workspace names and identifiers
    • Support or bug report information, if you contact us

    2.2 Information Collected Automatically

    • IP address
    • Device and operating system information (desktop and mobile)
    • Usage and interaction data, such as connection events and feature usage

This information is used to operate, secure, and improve the Services.

    2.3 File and Code Data

MobileVibe is designed so that your files and code remain on your own machine.

    • We do not store your files or file contents on our servers
    • We primarily relay data transiently to enable remote access and interaction
    • We do not read file contents unless required to provide the Service

Certain features may, in the future, allow you to send content to third-party services (for example, to obtain a "second opinion" from an AI system). In such cases, data is transmitted only as needed to provide the feature, and we do not retain file contents after the operation completes.

    2.4 Command and Activity Data

    • We do not store detailed command histories or file operations on our servers by default
    • Limited activity or audit information may be recorded solely for security, abuse prevention, or bug reporting

    3. How We Use Information

    • Authenticate users and secure access to Workspaces
    • Enable connections between your devices
    • Monitor usage, performance, and reliability
    • Improve and develop new features
    • Communicate with you about the Services
    • Comply with legal obligations

    4. Analytics, Advertising, and Communications

    4.1 Analytics and Marketing Tools

We use the following third-party tools to understand usage patterns, measure marketing effectiveness, and improve the Services:

    • Google Tag Manager — A tag management system that loads other analytics tools listed below.
    • Google Analytics 4 — Loaded via Google Tag Manager. Collects information such as IP address, device/browser information, and pages or features used.
    • Airbridge — Web and mobile attribution analytics; helps us understand which marketing channels drive sign-ups.
    • ActiveCampaign — Email marketing and visitor tracking; used to send product updates and to measure the effectiveness of our communications.

Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Airbridge are loaded only after you accept analytics cookies through our cookie consent banner. ActiveCampaign loads on every visit but does not record identifiable activity unless you have accepted analytics cookies or otherwise identified yourself (for example, by submitting our contact form).

    4.2 Advertising and Offers

We do not currently display third-party advertisements. In the future, we may display special offers or promote partner products or services. If advertising or promotions are introduced, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

    4.3 Cookies

We use authentication cookies, analytics cookies, and marketing cookies. We do not use cookies for cross-site ad tracking at this time.

You can accept or decline analytics and marketing cookies via the cookie consent banner that appears on your first visit. Authentication cookies are required for the Services to function and are not affected by this choice.

    5. Third-Party Services

We rely on third-party services to operate MobileVibe, including:

    • Google (authentication, cloud infrastructure, analytics, tag management)
    • Cloudflare (DNS, tunneling, security, content delivery)
    • OneSignal (push notifications and communications)
    • Airbridge (web and mobile attribution analytics)
    • ActiveCampaign (email marketing and visitor tracking)

These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.

    6. Data Retention

    • Users may remove or disconnect Workspaces at any time
    • We intend to support account deletion
    • Upon account deletion, we will delete associated personal data within 30 days, unless retention is required by law

    7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information, including:

    • Secure authentication mechanisms
    • Encrypted communications
    • Short-lived access tokens
    • Outbound-only connections for remote access

No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access your personal information, correct or update information, or request deletion of your data. You may exercise these rights by contacting us.
